Los participantes en el concurso de disfraces mostrarán sus atuendos carnavalescos por las calles de la ciudad. Con la participación de del grupo de percusión “Bloco Dum Dum” y el espectacular pasacalles “ReKolore”.
Finalizará sobre las 19:00 horas en el salón de actos del colegio Ciudad de Nejapa, donde se presentarán los disfraces, disfrutaremos de una batucada y el jurado elegirá a los ganadores.

Los viudos y viudas se reúnen en la calle Toledo para organizar el fúnebre cortejo que acompañará a la difunta SARDINA.
SALIDA
19,30 horas.
Partirá el cortejo y a su paso por la Plaza de la Constitución descolgarán el real PINGAJO que irá a dar con sus huesos en la hoguera de la Plaza de la Estación de Cercanías Getafe Centro, junto con nuestra llorada SARDINA.
Abrirá este año la comitiva la Batucada BLOCO DUM DUM a la que seguirá el PELELE del Carnaval, portado por la murga “AMAUTA”. Componen el resto de la comitiva, la murgas “Peña Taurina la Oreja, Peña Taurina San Isidro y La Picarrasca”, esta última ganadora del Premio al Atrezzo en el Carnaval 2007, con sus respectivos féretros y sardinas, seguidos de todos aquellos vecinos que disfrazados de viudos o plañideras se congreguen con las murgas en el punto de partida.

Los alumnos del Centro de Poesía “José Hierro” darán lectura al responso de la sardina.
